What is Attitude Protein Water?
It's a vegan carbonated soft drink containing 10g of plant-based protein, 2g of fiber, no added sugar, and non-GMO. Refreshing, light, and designed to support an active lifestyle.
What is the protein source used?
We use a high quality, easily digestible and complete pea plant protein.
Why is the drink carbonated?
Carbonation adds a unique cooling sensation without compromising the protein content. Aside from its protein, this is also what sets Attitude apart from other protein drinks.
How many calories are in your drink?
Each can contains 80 calories, primarily from plant-based protein. It's a clean, functional source of energy, ideal for supporting an active lifestyle without added sugar or empty calories.
Does the drink contain sugar?
It contains only 1g of sugar naturally present in certain natural flavors and colors. No added sugar.
Why do you use stevia and not other sweeteners?
At Attitude Nutrition, we have chosen not to use sucralose, aspartame, or artificial sweeteners. Instead, we use a small amount of stevia, a plant-based sweetener known for its naturalness and safety. It allows us to offer a pleasant-tasting beverage, and as mentioned previously, with no added sugar, while respecting our quality and health standards.
Why is there dimethylpolysiloxane in the drink?
To limit foaming during bottling. This ingredient is derived from a natural mineral (silicon) and is recognized as safe. We are actively working to replace it.
Is the drink vegan?
Yes, no animal-derived ingredients are used.
Are your cans recyclable?
Yes! Our aluminum cans are fully recyclable and designed to minimize environmental impact.
Is the drink safe for children or pregnant women?
Our product is designed for active adults, but remains safe for most consumers. For special cases, consult a healthcare professional.
Where is your drink made?
It is proudly made in Canada.
Where can I buy Attitude Nutrition?
On our website and soon in select convenience stores, health food stores, and supermarkets.
Do you offer home delivery?
We deliver across Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. If you reside in one of these areas, please contact us directly to check your delivery options.

Refund Policy
Returns
Due to food safety regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on food products. That said, that doesn't mean we can't help you. Before you conclude that Attitude isn't for you, refrigerate your drink for a few hours. While our drink is stable at room temperature, it's always best served cold.
We recommend starting with our discovery pack to try all the flavors before ordering a full case. If you're still not satisfied, contact us at contact@attitudenutrition.ca. Each request is handled individually by our customer service team. Please do not return your order without first contacting us.
Cancellation or modification of order
We do our best to ship your order quickly. This means there is a very short window for cancellations or changes. Once the order is placed, we may not be able to make any changes. If you need to make a change, contact us promptly and we will do our best to help you. Once the product has shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or change your order.
Damaged or defective product
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@attitudenutrition.ca, and within 14 days of receipt. This will allow us to assess the situation and correct the problem.
If you suspect a quality issue, please provide us with the expiry date ("Best Before") and the lot number shown below so that we can trace the affected lot.
